Civinity Appoints CEO Tadas Matjošaitis to the Board

Civinity, a building maintenance and engineering solutions group operating in Lithuania and Latvia and one of the largest in the Baltics, has updated its Board of Directors: Group CEO Tadas Matjošaitis has been appointed as a Board member. The move aims to strengthen the Board’s operational expertise and ensure even closer implementation of the Group’s strategy as Civinity continues to develop its “Smart Green City” vision.

Matjošaitis was appointed CEO of the Civinity Group in October 2025. His responsibilities include expanding the overall service portfolio, increasing operational efficiency, and rolling out innovative digital solutions across the Group.

He brings nearly a decade of experience in the hospitality sector, and before joining Civinity he was responsible for structural changes and process control at Vilnius Airport. Throughout his career, he has consistently focused on customer experience, improving operational efficiency, sustainability, and innovative growth models.

“As the Group grows, it becomes increasingly important that strategic decisions are backed by real operational experience and data. Tadas’ appointment to the Board will help us unify service quality standards faster, strengthen digitalisation, and respond more accurately to customer expectations across all our markets,” says Civinity shareholder and Board Chairman Deividas Jacka.

“On the Board, I see an opportunity to link strategy even more clearly with day-to-day service quality. My priority is efficient processes, innovation, and measurable results for the customer, while continuing to build the ‘Smart Green City’ ecosystem,” says Civinity CEO Tadas Matjošaitis.

The updated Civinity Board consists of: Deividas Jacka (Chairman), Diana Dominienė, Šarūnas Stanislovėnas, Giedrė Vilkė, and Tadas Matjošaitis.

The Civinity Group includes around 40 companies operating in Lithuania, Latvia and the United Kingdom, providing building maintenance, engineering systems design, installation and maintenance, outdoor and environmental maintenance, and related management services. In 2024, the Civinity Group’s revenue reached EUR 88.5 million, and pro forma EBITDA totalled EUR 7.4 million.
