Internationally recognized marketing expert Giedrė Vilkė joins Civinity’s board

Giedrė Vilkė, a professional in marketing, customer experience management, and business strategy, has joined the board of Civinity as an independent member.
Giedrė Vilkė is considered one of the strongest marketing leaders in Europe and was awarded by the European Marketing Confederation (EMC) in 2024. She spent over a decade at PHH Group (“Pigu.lt”), holding various executive positions and contributing to the company’s growth from its early stages to becoming an e-commerce leader in the Baltics with over €200 million in revenue.
According to Civinity shareholder and chairman of the board Deividas Jacka, G. Vilkė’s appointment marks a strategic step in advancing the company’s Smart Green City vision:
“For several years, together with other leaders in the PropTech industry, we’ve been shaping a smart city ecosystem that integrates technology-driven services for urban residents – from living and working in buildings to moving between them. I believe G. Vilkė’s experience, expertise in the tech sector, and deep understanding of customer experience will make a valuable contribution to this vision,” comments D. Jacka.
Currently, G. Vilkė is actively involved in the startup ecosystem – investing and mentoring, with particular focus on women-founded businesses. She also provides strategic consulting for international companies in business development, marketing, and innovation. Additionally, she is a board member of the Lithuanian Marketing Association (LiMA) and a member of the association “Lyderė”.

The Civinity board will now consist of: Deividas Jacka (chairman), Diana Dominienė, Šarūnas Stanislovėnas, Dovilė Grigienė, and Giedrė Vilkė.
