Tadas Matjošaitis Appointed as Chief Operating Officer at Civinity Group

Building maintenance and engineering solutions group Civinity is reinforcing its leadership team with the appointment of Tadas Matjošaitis as Chief Operating Officer (COO). In his new role, Matjošaitis will lead the development of the group’s comprehensive service portfolio, enhance operational efficiency, and drive the implementation of innovative digital solutions.

Since joining Civinity in October 2025, Matjošaitis has brought nearly ten years of experience in the hospitality sector. There he focused intensively on customer experience, operational optimisation, sustainability, and innovative growth models. Previously was responsible for the structural changes and process control at Vilnius Airport. His background is expected to play a pivotal role in elevating service quality standards and sharpening competitive differentiation.

“Throughout my career in the hotel and hospitality industry, I have focused on driving innovation, simplifying processes, and fostering creativity — enabling my teams to consistently exceed customer expectations. I’m now excited to bring this experience to Civinity, contributing to the company’s growth, advancing service excellence, and helping shape the future of the Smart Green City ecosystem,” says Tadas Matjošaitis, COO at Civinity.

Civinity continues to focus on operational optimization and service digitalization. The group’s ambition is to build a Smart Green City ecosystem, integrating essential services used by urban residents in workplaces, everyday life, building access, and mobility.

“Tadas’ extensive experience in operations, customer service, and efficiency is exactly what we need as we continue to strengthen our market position. His leadership will enable us to respond more effectively to the challenges of digitalisation, sustainability, and evolving customer expectations — all while maintaining high service quality and driving growth,” says Deividas Jacka, Chair of the Board at Civinity.

Jacka notes that Civinity’s portfolio remains strong — the residential segment continues to perform steadily, while the engineering segment is showing clear signs of recovery in the construction market. He adds that the appointment of the new COO will further strengthen the Group’s market presence and alignment with modern client expectations, supporting Civinity’s vision of shaping the cities of the future.
