“Civinity” and “Baltic Horizon” enter into a strategic partnership

“Civinity”, one of the leading facility management, engineering and technology solutions providers in the Baltics, has entered into an agreement with “Baltic Horizon Fund” to establish the company’s Latvian headquarters in the Upmalas Biroji business center.

The newly signed agreement with “Baltic Horizon Fund” establishes a unique dual-service partnership that goes beyond a standard commercial real estate lease. While securing its new Latvian headquarters at Upmalas Biroji, “Civinity” has simultaneously signed a contract to become the official provider of professional cleaning and facility care services across “Baltic Horizon’s” portfolio in Riga, seamlessly merging tenancy with service delivery.

Situated in the greenery area, on the dynamic left bank of the Daugava River Upmalas Biroji is a prominent BREEAM-certified property within the “Baltic Horizon Fund” portfolio. Engineered to rigorous German efficiency standards and previously recognized as Latvia’s ‘Most Sustainable Building’. The complex is highly regarded for its low operating costs and abundant natural light. Civinity’s new 550 sq. m. space will feature a fully tailored, flexible layout optimized to support the growth and collaboration of its regional team in Latvia.

Partnering with a tenant of this caliber validates the commercial strength of our portfolio. What makes this agreement exceptionally valuable is that “Civinity” is constantly looking to expand its service offering. For us, this translates not only into a strong and stable lease partnership, but also into an extended package of services for our tenants. By entrusting our Latvian portfolio’s cleaning services to “Civinity”, we are ensuring our assets maintain the highest standard of care, benefiting all of our tenants and visitors, comments Edvinas Karbauskas, Fund Manager at “Baltic Horizon Fund”.

For “Civinity”, the relocation aligns with its strategic vision to consolidate its corporate presence in premium, sustainable environments while concurrently scaling its market share in the Baltic B2B services sector.

“This agreement is more than a new office lease for “Civinity” in Latvia. Upmalas Biroji provides our team with a modern and sustainable working environment, while broader cooperation with “Baltic Horizon Fund” allows us to contribute our facility care expertise across its Riga office portfolio. It is a strong example of how tenancy and service delivery can create mutual value, and it reflects our ambition to grow further in B2B services market,“ says Deividas Jacka, CEO and Chairman of the Board at “Civinity”.

“Civinity” is scheduled to finalize its relocation to Upmalas Biroji office space by late autumn.
