Civinity, one of the largest building maintenance and engineering solutions groups in the Baltics, and Servico, a building maintenance services company, are completing their merger today, 1 March.
The merger is being carried out by Civinity group companies Civinity Namai, Civinity Namai Vilnius, Pastatų meistrai and Servico. The merger will bring the total area of residential buildings serviced in Vilnius to 1.2 million sqm.
“Today we can talk about a new, strong start. Our work together will expand the scope and quality of our services. We are ready to devote more resources to strengthening the quality of our customers. I believe this is a unique experience that will help us achieve our goals,” comments Davidas Jacka, Chairman and CEO of Civinity.
The companies plan to complete the full merger by the end of this year, and until then will provide services in Vilnius under the current company names of Servico, Civinity Namai and Civinity Namai Vilnius.
The terms and conditions of service and other obligations of the companies will remain unchanged for clients receiving building management services. This merger will significantly increase the number and accessibility of our Vilnius-based technicians to our customers and ensure uniformity of service quality.
The planned merger phase is currently underway within the company: optimisation of business processes, alignment and relocation of staff. This phase will be completed by 1 April.
