Civinity  group will be lead by Virgeda Jackaitė

Virgeda Jackaitė will lead one of the biggest building maintenance and engineering solutions groups in the Baltics Civinity which grew its sales revenue by a third last year. Deividas Jacka, who has been CEO until now, will continue to serve on the Group’s Board. The main task for the new leader is to assure active and sustainable further growth.

V. Jackaitė has been leader in Civinity group company in London. In 2022, it grew at the fastest pace in the Group, increasing its sales revenue by almost 30 times.

“We are actively expanding not only the geography of our activities, but also our areas and competences. We will apply our many years of experience in caring for our customers’ homes to create a more comfortable everyday life in the city. I know that accumulated knowledge of Virgeda and the whole team of Civinity will allow us to create and offer innovations that fundamentally change the quality of life”, says D. Jacka.

V. Jackaitė has been working in Civinity for two years. Prior to that, she spent three years as Vice President at Tradeweb Markets Inc, an international financial technology company listed on Nasdaq.

Civinity group sales revenue grew by third last year and reached EUR 74 million. Residential multi-family maintenance revenues increased by 22% (EUR 34 million), and for commercial building maintenance and engineering solutions the revenue grew by 94% (EUR 40 million).

Gross profit of Civinity was EUR 14 million (18% more than in 2021). Consolidated group companies EBITDA profit was EUR 4 million (21% more than in 2021).

Sales revenues in the UK market grew from EUR 400 thousand to EUR 11 million in 2022. In Lithuania it amounted to EUR 44 million, in Latvia to EUR 19 million.

Last year company group has joined operations with UAB Servico, as well as, successfully has finished an acquisition of Inservis, Priemiestis, Jurita and Inservis SIA companies.
