The Civinity group of companies, which provides real estate facility management, maintenance, and operation services in the Lithuanian and Latvian markets, has won the tender that was held for administration of the Girstutis Swimming Complex in Kaunas. Civinity has been entrusted with full administration and maintenance of the facility, which – after being reconstructed and reopened to the public on 10 October 2015 – is now the largest and most modern swimming complex in Lithuania.

The total area of the Girstutis complex to be administered by Civinity is approximately 4,300 square meters. The company will be responsible for complete maintenance of the complex: administration of the building, preventive maintenance of the electrical, heating, plumbing, air conditioning and other systems, building construction maintenance, cleaning of the pools and premises and outdoor maintenance.

“The fact that we have been entrusted with the administration and maintenance of the Girstutis Swimming Complex, which meets the highest international standards, proves that the professional competence of our specialists allows us to work successfully in the management of both residential buildings as well as commercial and multifunctional public facilities. We intend to continue working actively in this segment by providing professional maintenance services and consistently expanding our customer base throughout Lithuania,” said Nerijus Šarauskas, Country Manager Lithuania at Civinity.

The Civinity group of companies in Lithuania currently manages residential property administration and maintenance companies in Lithuania and Latvia, in the cities of Vilnius, Kaunas, Klaipeda, Palanga, Kretinga, Jurmala and Daugavpils. The total area managed by the Civinity group of companies comes to 3.5 million square meters.

Civinity companies also administer and provide maintenance services for commercial and public multifunctional facilities, such as Švyturys Arena in Klaipeda, Kaunas Technological University (KTU) and Vilnius Town Hall; they are also responsible for maintenance of the majority of public and residential buildings in Jurmala, Latvia. Civinity is the second-largest group of residential property maintenance companies in Lithuania, and the largest private residential property maintenance company in Latvia.
