Civinity Solutions wins contract for facility management of Latvian Radio building

By winning the tender Civinity Solutions Latvija has entered an agreement with Latvijas Radio on providing services of the historical radio’s Art Nouveau building in Dome Square, Riga. According this agreement Civinity Solutions will provide building’s and it’s outdoor facilities cleaning services.

The building was built in 1913 and has a total indoor area of 4 464 m2 and an outdoor area of 355 m2.

“We will approach the cleaning of the Latvian Radio building and territory with the utmost care, taking into account its historical significance and significant role in the urban environment of Riga. This agreement proves how many different types of buildings and objects we can manage – both ultra-modern office buildings and warehouses, and such Art Nouveau pearls as the Latvian Radio building, ”says Aleksejs Gončarovs, The Head of Civinity Solutions in Latvia.
