Civinity group has signed a cooperation agreement with Vilnius Coding School and will develop new digital initiatives towards the digitization of the company.
Currently Civinity focuses on the development of the new electronic building maintenance management system, creation of attractive online platforms for internal and external users, digitization of internal processes and the development of the new, technology-based, services.
Vilnius Coding School helps people to retrain and prepares programmers, testers, data analysts and other IT specialists. The school has been operating for 6 years and is located in Vilnius, Kaunas, Riga and Dublin. One distinguishing feature of the school is the Career Change Center, which aims to find jobs for 100% of students. Graduates of the school will be able to join the Civinity team and contribute to the Civinity digitalisation.
