Competition Council allowed Civinity and Servico to merge residential administration business in Vilnius

The Competition Council adopted a positive decision and allowed one of the largest building maintenance and engineering solutions groups in the Baltics, Civinity, and the building maintenance services company Servico to merge the residential building administration and maintenance activities in Vilnius.

According to the 2021 July 26 notification submitted by the companies, the Competition Council authorized the concentration. The Council noticed, that other market participants (interested parties) did not provide the Competition Council reasoned opinions on the possible negative effects of the transaction on competition.

After the merger the joint venture will own Civinity Namai Vilnius and Civinity Namai and Servico, which takes care of 1.2 million m2 of residential buildings in Vilnius.

Following the merger, the companies will continue to operate under two brands: Civinity Namai and Servico.  All obligations of the companies to its clients and partners will remain unchanged.
