“Residents not only had access to quality drinking water, but they also saved money.” Residents of Biķernieku Street 16 and 16A were supplied with low-quality drinking water, but Civinity offered to solve this situation by installing high-quality domestic inlet filters with automatic rinsing. After their installation, the water quality improved. Given that low-quality water had previously been supplied, a recalculation was requested from the previous water supplier.  Residents not only had access to quality drinking water, but they also saved money.

“The customer saved money and time by not having to remove the key cores and replace them with new ones.” One summer day, Civinity Call Center received a desperate call from a resident of Jaunlazdu Street 8 about the fact that she had lost the keys to the apartment, and she is not able to get in, but the spare keys are behind closed doors.  After a talk with the client, it was clarified that she lost her keys while she was running in the forest and possibility to find them in the dark is extremely low.  The master came to the client and inspected the apartment from the outside and found out that one of the windows of the apartment is half-open. The apartment is located on the first floor, so the master using the stairs was able to access the window, fully open it and enter the apartment. Spare keys were found, and client got into the apartment.  Thanks to the master’s resourcefulness, the customer saved money and time by not having to remove the key cores and replace them with new ones.

“Thank you to the manager Oskaras for his efforts and for finding a way to avoid the high fees.” A water supply system accident has occurred in an apartment block at 27A Minties Rato Street in Kaunas. After the accident, the residents faced the problem of water constantly blocking the city’s sewage manholes. The residents repeatedly contacted the water supply company but received no response. The Civinity emergency service was called, and it found a burst water pipe near the courtyard of an apartment block. At the request of the residents, an estimate was made for the repair work, which amounted to around €3000 if the residents had carried out the work themselves. The manager pointed out that the excavation, re-routing and connection of the manhole must be carried out by the water supply company, not by the residents of the building. The house manager Oskaras, together with the residents of the apartment block, took a decision and contacted the company responsible to solve the problem. The residents of the apartment block are responsible for the water supply system up to the first manhole next to the apartment block building. In this case, however, the accident occurred outside that area. The responsible company carried out the repair works to the emergency and the residents of the apartment block saved €3000. “Thank you to the manager Oskaras for his efforts and for finding a way to avoid the high fees.” – clients of the apartment building in Kaunas. “Thank you to the manager Oskaras for his efforts and for finding a way to avoid the high fees.” Clients of the apartment building in Kaunas
