Gatis Roze

Gatis Roze started working for Civinity in August 2016, starting his career as an assistant manager.

In a very short period, Gatis became a manager, and this was the first proof that with hard work and enthusiasm it is possible to develop himself professionally in this company. 

The new position allowed him to gain an in-depth understanding of the specifics of the industry and related matters, which was a great benefit, as two years later Gatis became head of the region, but a little later he became head of the department.
